| 9:00am | Site opens to all attendees – Begin setting up all static A&S competition entries and displays |
| 10:00am | Morning Court – Royal |
| 11:00am | Open Dance begins; Performing Arts Expo begins in gym (after court) |
| 11:30am | All competition entries must be in place and checked in. Judges report to your competition location (Notables in Dining Hall, all others in the Gym) for judging instructions. |
| 12:00 noon | Competitions Begin, Classes Begin |
| 1:00pm | Bardic Circle Begins; Italian Renaissance Solar begins (30 minutes – next to KASF Booksale) |
| 1:30pm | Italian Renaissance Solar ends |
| 2:00pm | Royal Review of Notables 2:00 – 3:30pm (Dining Hall) |
| 2:30pm | Oldcastle Poetry Smackdown begins (2nd floor, near Bardic room); Bardic Circle ends. |

| 3:30pm | Competitions End, Start taking down displays, Start setting up for court. |
